I get countless inquiries for a good intra-day system for the stock market futures. I put one together for the ES / NQ on January 25, 2019 to sell to a persistent inquirer.  It uses 5 min bars. The buyer likes it a lot. While I have not published it as yet, I am making it available to you at a very reasonable price.  Lots of merit!
While it works using it with 5 min bar charts, the 15, 60, 240 min, and daily bars are very tradable and quite versatile, i.e. there is something here for everyone whether a day trader or position trader. It gives exact timing. Enter and exit at market, at target, or on stop (precisely defined).
I don't do stats. They don't mean a thing unless you can execute, which most people do badly. I have been in this business for 50 years now. It's my preferred day / short term / intermediate term trader. It's the KISS Principle in spades. No software, just a very few simple rules and a couple of demo-charts included.
Yes, use it in any market.  If you can chart it and it's liquid, you can trade it.
You don't want to do without this methodology for all the right reasons.
