Vintage Signed "Dega" Art Pottery Ceramic Buffalo / Bison on Granite, Stylized!

Buffalo or American Bison HAND MADE on Granite, Stylized, ONE of a KIND! Signed!!
This is a piece of art.
The photos show it best.  It is a sturdy piece, weighing about 4 1/2 pounds with a base of black, gray, & white granite with a green tint.  The bison itself appears to have been treated with different glazes.  It has a lot of texture and visual appeal.  The eyes and horns are an off-white with just the right amount of detail.
It measures about 9" long, 5 1/2" wide, and about 7 inches tall.  There are four felt circular pads on the base to prevent scratches to the surface it is displayed on.
On the back side of the piece, on a smoothed out granite edge, is written in gold script "Bison", and "Dega".    It is a somewhat darker brown in color than the photos show due to outside light shining on it.
It is a wonderful piece, and would be a great addition to any buffalo/bison collection.
Due to its weight, shipping is higher in price.
